INGUZ-Quartet in a collaboration with pianist Natalia Ivashina have prepared 2 piano quintets by Juliusz Zarebski and Dmitri Shostakovich.

Ironically, these both Piano quintets are written in G Minor key which in fact enabled composers, in different ways, to connect a listener to the world of emotions and music to penetrate through all fibers, sensor and senses. Both quintets are a great example of the exposure of Slavic temperament, both are equally challenging and nevertheless beautiful.
BRIEF INSIGHTS over music:
Dmitri Shostakovich - Piano quintet Op57 - captivating by complex harmony of energy. It consist of 5 movements: declarative Prelude, structural Fugue, brilliant and devilish Scherzo, mind-taking Intermezzo, and conclusive Finale.
Julius Zarebski - Piano quintet Op34 is the most beautiful ever composed in this genre and was dedicated to F.Liszt. Despite the fact it is hardly known and very little played composition, the quintet receives a high evaluation of musical critics and is often compared to Dvorak famous piano quintet. It is a composer's last work and his testament, where he put all himself.

MUSICIANS:
NATALIA IVASHINA - PIANO, JULIYA BELYANEVICH - VIOLIN, FRANCISCA SIMONIS - VIOLIN, OKSANA MUKOSI - VIOLA, EPHREIM VAN IJZERLOOIJ - CELLO
